2012 News (so far) – The new album and blind remixes!

I thought it was time to let you know what I’ve been up to over the last few months! Although im not releasing any new music this year I have been working very hard to finish a few different projects that will emerge very soon.

First off the new album is under way. It will be released some time in 2013 Its going to be very special. Everybody will be able to get ‘bits’ of it early. Im releasing various “Stems” from the tracks that people can use to remix. This will all happen before the actual album release, so people will not have any reference to the original tracks. The best “blind remixes” will be released on a bonus CD. Anybody can enter and the parts to download will be free. Im always trying to do something a bit different!

2012 A year of remixes!

At the start of this year i contributed to Oxide Tones circle series, an incredible idea of 3 artists remixing and reworking each other over 3 tracks, thus forming a circle! It turned out incredible, im very proud to be a part of it. Here it is http://oxidetones.bandcamp.com/album/the-circle-project-section1-elektronik

A couple of months back I was honoured to be asked by the Mountaineering Club to provide a remix of their awesome single Mallory, its just come out and you can find it (for free download) here – http://themountaineeringclub.bandcamp.com/album/mallory-single Im really so happy to be a part of this!

Also there will be a reworking my track “Debris” from Mosaic that will appear on the awesome new Hawk Moon comp! Its a completely new reworking, a more ambient feel, im looking forward to showing it to you all. The Comp features some great artists, Lowercase Noises, Good Weather For An Airstrike, Umber to name a few.

Also im almost finished collaborating on a track for Damn Robot, GWFAA’s other project. This will appear on their new album out soon.

Thanks as ever for listening!
